Now that you finished “official school,” what to do? I have created a schedule of what we are trying to do in the afternoons these days. As always, adjust to what fits for your family! Enjoy!
After Lunch:
1pm- Art Lesson (we are watching the McHarper Manor Art Lessons on Facebook Live- or watch past lessons)
2pm- Science, exploring Educational TV Shows, or shows on RightNow Media (we are currently enjoying the OKC Zoo at 2 Virtual Tour on Facebook Live or Facebook videos at Cincinnati Zoo)
3pm- Free play (kids play outside if possible; check out the Activities page)
4pm- Reading
4:30pm- Walk the dog
5pm- Daily chore
5:15pm- Cook dinner (have kids help; or have kids do a Music activity-practice instrument, listen to classical music while playing)
6pm- Dinner
6:30pm- dishes/straighten up house/showers (Remember, many hands make light work.)
7pm- Family game time/TV time (Friday Night – what we call “Happy Family Movie Night” with popcorn!)
8pm- Cuddle/Read/Devotional
8:30pm: Kids Bedtime
